Tommy has been with America's Home Place since 1998. During his years of employment, he has served as a Production Manager, General Manager, as well as a top rated Construction Superintendent. Having owned a large vinyl siding company prior to his employment with America's Home Place, Tommy's vast construction background enables him to successfully oversee the completion of all homes built out of the Anderson Office. Tommy has always enjoyed a 9.5 satisfaction rating based on a 10 scale when his homeowners have been contacted by an independent survey company after the completion of their new home. Tommy's contribution to the Anderson Office is a large part of the reason that other AHP locations refer to the Anderson Staff as the "Dream Team".

During his 18 year tenure with America's Home Place, Doug has always been one of the company's top five building consultants, and has actually been #1 half of those years. We attribute Doug's success partially to his past experience as a licensed builder, land developer, and having served as Vice-President in charge of the mortgage division for one of South Carolina's largest banks. Doug's co-workers, past and present, will argue that his success is more the result of his easy "No Pressure" approach in dealing with his customers.

During her 8 years with America's Home Place, Rita has been the "do all" person in the Anderson Office. She has been involved in both sales and construction, working closely with the Building Consultant, Job Superintendents, and all Corporate department heads. Rita takes pride in providing quality customer service during the planning and building of our customers' dream homes. Her previous work history with Anderson County Government enables her to work effectively as a liaison in obtaining building permits, septic tank approvals, certificates of occupancy and other necessary documentation required by the County Codes Offices. Although Rita possesses many attributes, she is most noted for the sincere, permanent relationships she forms with the Anderson customers. Previous customers routinely visit the office just for an opportunity to chat with Rita when they are in the area.
