We are really enjoying our brand new house. Truly,it is everything we have wanted in a house-our dream home!
Often during construction,people who were very knowledgeable about building stopped by to visit. All were so impressed by the effort your company makes to ensure strength and durability in a house. The insulation is so thorough we can hear almost no sound from outside. Your basic appliances, bath fixtures, and light fixtures are of exceptional quality.
Some things your company did are to be especially commended. The stone mason who built our fireplace is a true artisan who takes great pride in his work. I am aware that he also builds fireplaces in multi-million dollar homes. I am certain that our fireplace was just as important to him as those.
The team who installed our kitchen cabinets were meticulous. The framing crew did a great job and was so pleasant to be around. Everyone comments on our beautiful front porch they built.
Most importantly, we want to say what a treasure you have in our superindentant. He is an excellent superintendent and wonderful person. If something wasn't up to his specifications, he didn't wait to see if we would complain. He addressed the problem and made it right. He is a customer advocate who wants the homeowner to love their house!
