Brandon graduated with a degree in Facilities Management from Brigham Young University with a focus in Business. He moved from Utah where he gained tremendous hands on experience in understanding construction methods and project estimating with a family owned business in electrical contracting. Brandon gained immeasurable people skills with 2 years of missionary service in Cape Town, South Africa. He has exceptional management experience with building custom homes in the mountains of North Georgia and Western North Carolina where he has been involved with the design, sales, and construction of more then 250 homes with America’s Home Place. He aspires to see each customer thrilled with their building experience and is always dedicated in achieving 100% customer satisfaction. He takes pride in being successful with his goal, to see every project come in on time and under budget. Brandon has been with Americas Home Place for over 6 years, working as a Building Consultant, Sales Manager and General Manger across multiple office locations. He is thrilled about the opportunity to be a part of the Calhoun team. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.

Matt Randall, Building Superintendent, has been building homes with America's Home Place for over 5 years! He graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Construction Management and then made the cross-country move with his family from Idaho to Georgia to work for the Home Place. He's been at the top of the company two years in a row for building the most homes out of more than 100 superintendents. Matt knows the value of being honest in his dealings with customers and gives his highest personal effort to build each home in a fair and responsible way. He takes pride in the companies warranty policies and is pleased to offer his service. Matt’s ability to see the end from the beginning with each project has been a direct result of our customers satisfaction. He has proven capable of coordinating our subcontractors to produce superior build out times, while maintaining quality work with his eye for detail, and following America’s Home Place’s quality control checklists. Matt is never afraid to get dirty and quite simply, always finds a way to just get it done and done right. In his personal life Matt knows the worth of his family and loves spending time with his wife and five children, whether in the garden, the woodshop, or any other family recreation. Matt truly is an asset to our team.

Kari attended Valdosta State University for Interior Design. As our Sales Assistant, Kari has been able to utilize her skills here at AHP. She has an eye for detail and colors and is full of new ideas. Her talents and complimentary services to our clients truly add a big part to America’s Home Place, being a successful “one stop shop” operation. Kari has 5 years prior experience in customer service and enjoys helping our customers in the interior design element of the home buying process. Kari commented, “Our Calhoun office is one of the most beautiful model parks the company has to showoff”, and she invites those who have not had the pleasure of visiting, to come and walk through our custom model homes and see what we have to offer. Chris fell in love with the North West Georgia area where he has enjoyed the country after living in the hustle of the suburban metro life. He and his family have recently purchased land in the Gordon County area where he has researched, designed, and built his own custom, energy efficient home. He now enjoys time with his family of girls and has interest in a small organic hobby farm. Chris comes from a background with 25 years of collective experience of retail sales and management. His 4 years of service with the United States Army and strong Christian beliefs coupled with his personality are reflective in his professional character and enjoyment that is expressed as he works with people.
