From the day we went to see the model, the staff made us feel comfortable and was able to answer all of our questions. We left that day choosing a model, putting down a deposit and being very excited about our new vacation home. Since we were on a time schedule, they arranged for us to come by the very next day to choose colors, flooring, paint, etc. With us living in Florida, they made this so easy for us and kept us abreast of time lines, changes and any other questions they needed to contact us about. They even took photos of the progress and would email them for us to view. I guess the happiest moment is that the house was completed ahead of schedule and we were able to start enjoying it before we expected.
