We currently build homes in the North Carolina counties of Iredell, Wilkes, Alexander, Rowan, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Lincoln, Catawba, Yadkin, Forsyth, Davie, Cleveland and also in South Carolina counties of York and Union.

Our Model Center is located just off I-77 on Exit 49A. Just take I-77 to Exit 49A, proceed east for 1/10th of a mile turning right on Greenland Drive and our models are located on the right.
