Don Shepherd, our production manager comes to us with an impressive 35 year history in home building. Don has been superintendent, project manager, area manager, regional manager, general manager, owner and master carpenter. Don is a true expert with home plans and is very involved with all of our customers homes daily. Don has three superintendents that he and works with. Jim's college training was is electrical engineering in West Virginia. Jim spent the next 16 years building houses from the ground up. As well as construction, he has been a project superintendent for a number of those years. Jim spent the last 11 years with Warner Robbins Supply. He works extremely well with our customers and knows his job well. He is a great communicator and manages his jobs like the professional
