My mom works in Richmond, Virginia for a doctor who has only built one house in his lifetime. When mama told him we were building, he offered us his sympathy. Obviously he has never built with America's Home Place in Florence, South Carolina. I wanted to make sure and let you know about our experience with our dream home. We found your company on the internet a few years ago and knew we wanted AHP to build our house. I'll tell you the truth here. I called the office so many times that everyone there started recognizing my voice. They always treated me like their only customer. As weird as this may sound, this supposedly stressful building process has been one of the most fun and enjoyable experiences of our lives. We have had people ask us about our builder. We proudly tell them about AHP. We're excited to move in. Your staff in Florence is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. You are fortunate to have them. I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience that we had with the Florence, SC office during the recent construction of our home. Tom, Denise, Nancy and Mike were wonderful to us. Any questions or concerns we had, they were more than willing to assist us with. My husband and I both were pleased with the way we were treated throughout the whole process. I also wanted to let you know that we love out new home. It is beautiful. They did an excellent job. I do want to commend Tom for being on top of things and making sure things were done right. One example that stands out to me is when he changed out the door hinges on some of the interior and exterior doors because they were not brush nickle like the rest of them. I hadn't noticed it, but he did. To me, that is a prime example of attention to detail.

We just had a home built by America's Home Place. We think they did a very good job in helping us design and complete the home. The management team was excellent. They were very interested in customer satisfaction. They did whatever was necessary to help make sure we had a quality home built. They even called us after we were in the home to make sure things were still going smoothly. We would like to thank the staff for a job well done.
