I want to let everyone know what a pleasure it was to build our home with America’s Home Place. When we started looking for our vacation home, we had several items to address.
One, the budget, this was our second home and we had a very tight budget. Two, the property layout was difficult to say the least. Three, time line we wanted to spend Christmas in our new home. We would like to thank the following people for their outstanding work.
Josh Procter worked diligently and kept everything within our proposed cost. I can’t thank him enough, to be able to build this spectacular home and stay on budget.
John Frady, we can’t say enough good things. If not for his help I don’t think the home would have been finished on time. The way he positioned the home gave us the most spectacular view of the mountains. We happen to live in Miami 750 miles away and John made it feel like it was constructed down the street. He constantly kept us up to date with pictures and phone calls. We feel John went above and beyond to help us with this difficult job site and time line. He not only made sure things were right; he made sure they were perfect!
We also want to mention Lisa Erwin. Lisa was extremely helpful when it came to picking all the fine details inside and out. Any questions were answered immediately and kept us to date with pictures.
In conclusion I would do it all over again, what a phenomenal team! Thank you for all your help. You all really cared about our home as much as we did. Our children were able to have their first Christmas in the mountains: we can’t thank you enough for that priceless memory.
