Prior to joining AHP Nathan was a Regional Vice President for Indymac Bank's Home Construction Lending Division. Under Nathan's leadership at Indymac the construction lending division was funding annually $900 Million in single family construction loans, the 3rd largest funder in the nation for wholesale construction loans.
Nathan graduated from the University of Florida in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and was President of the College Council.
Nathan has recently been relocated from Jonesboro, GA to manage the Huntsville, AL Model Center.
