Hello! This letter is to applaud the wonderful experience of building our dream home with you and your staff. My husband and I are so impressed with your friendly, competent and professional staff at Americas Home Place in Kodak, Tennessee.
Our journey started two years ago on the phone. I must’ve called once a week with questions and every call was received with a genuine welcome, answers and a growing friendship. When I finally decided to build your staff were always patient, kind and helpful. As time progressed I was blessed to work with you and your extraordinary staff in making my dream come true!!
The Superintendent treated my job as if the home would be his own. He is a fantastic, dedicated employee and we are blessed to call him a friend. When we had little “hiccups”, he dealt with them immediately to achieve a positive outcome!! The workers he hired were wonderful, too.
We enjoyed every minute working with all of you! We will recommend you to our friends! We can go on and on ….You all make this a easy transition in our new life in the mountains. WE LOVE our house!! WE love you!!
