Don Shepherd, our production manager comes to us with an impressive 35 year history in home building. Don has been superintendent, project manager, area manager, regional manager, general manager, owner and master carpenter. Don is a true expert with home plans and is very involved with all of our customers homes daily. Don has three superintendents that he and works with. No one cares more about delivering our customers the finest home that they can have built. Don communicates with our homeowners and sees that they receive the home that they want and expect.

Doug is enjoying his 27th year in real estate and the new home construction business. He has extensive experience with both national and regional home builders in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Most recently, before joining Americas Home Place, Doug was with Levitt and Sons as the Regional VP of Sales and Marketing. He has experience in marketing, land development and operations, but his passion is sales. The ability to match a future home owner with the home of their dreams is what Doug finds most rewarding and enjoyable and is original reason that he chose this career.

Mark Martin comes to us with a strong back ground in the fast pace production and custom home buiding field. From breaking ground in 1982 with his first home building experience he has pursued and earned cirtification in different areas of the construction process. He holds a "Universal" certification in Refrigerent Recovery from Ferris State University and
Manuals "J" and "D", Heat Load Calculations and Duct Designs from Ga. Power and EMC. Over the last quarter century he has also served as Co-owner,General Manager and Service Manager in the home building, HVAC and Electrical arena. Mark truly enjoys working with people and he understands that the construction of a home is much more than just wood and bricks; it is building someones "DREAM" and he would be honored if you would allow him to be a part of that incredible journey!
