I was introduced to home building at the age of 5. My Dad believed in teaching us the value of hard work and quality work. We would start each day with a goal and would not leave the job until that goal was accomplished period. His definition of quality started with clean and pride of work.
Fast forward, over the last 30 years of my professional career. I have had the honor of being a siding installer, framer, roofer, drywall installer and finisher, superintendent, building consultant, district sales manager, and division sales manager, regional vice president of sales, division president and senior project manager responsible for over 140 million in assets. In March of 2006 I had the privilege of planning, scheduling and managing the construction of a home for ABC's Extreme makeover home edition in Philly with my management team.
