Tim was introduced to home building at the age of 5. His Dad believed in teaching him the value of hard work and quality. His definition of quality was a clean job site and a “do the job right the first time” mentality. Fast forward, over the last 30 years of his professional career. Tim has had the honor of being a siding installer, framer, roofer, drywall installer and finisher,superintendent,building consultant, district sales manager, and division sales manager, regional vice president of sales, division president and senior project manager responsible for over 140 million in assets. In March of 2006 he had the privilege of planning, scheduling and managing the construction of a home for ABC's Extreme makeover home edition in Philly with his management team.
He has traveled with America’s Home Place on mission trips and built homes in third world countries several times over the years in some of the poorest living conditions.
