We recently moved into a house built by America’s Home Place in Richmond Hill, GA. I would like to share our story with you. We had lived in a single wide mobile home for 22 years. We had raised our two sons there and now it was just the two of us. The mobile home wasn’t big enough to hold us, our sons, and their families when we got together much less our church family when we wanted to entertain. We had looked at America’s Home Place a couple of times in that 5 year span and at the time there wasn’t an office near us so we just passed them by.
In September 2007, we went on vacation to Cashiers, NC where we actually walked through a show home made by America’s Home Place. We like what we saw and was told that an office would be coming to the Savannah, GA area. A few months went by, then at work one day someone told me that America’s Home Place had finally made it to Richmond Hill, GA. This person gave the America’s Home Place representative my phone number. That representative was Casey Dare.
When Casey called me, he was very concerned about what we were looking for in a house. When it came down to the second visit from Casey to start working out more details, all we had to do was tell them what changes we wanted in the house and pick out what colors we wanted. They were patient when we made changes a few times. They made sure everything went the way it was suppose to and everyone did what they were suppose to do, when they were suppose to do it. They worked long, I’m sure, sometimes hard hours on our house to make it what we wanted. In our book, this is the greatest building team. They always showed concern for our desires.
On 8/23/08, we had a house dedication ceremony where we dedicated the house to the Lord and Casey was a part of it.
We will gladly recommend this company to all who want to build a house. This building team, truly is an asset to your company. We believe that God had His hand in sending these men to this area to build our house. To America’s Home Place we want to thank you for making it possible, thank you so much for going beyond what we imagine this house could be. It was an enjoyable experience. We have come to love both of you as part of our family.
