At our sales offices, you will find dozens of custom home plans and designs that you can use to build your new home, free of charge. Your Professional Sales Manager can assist you in choosing which home plan is best for you and guide you through our many options. You can also customize any plan to better fit your particular lifestyle and budget. Just tell us the changes you want to make and our design staff will re-draw the plans to your specifications and re-estimate the costs for you.
Each Building and Model Center features a variety of custom home options that you can choose from without ever leaving our showroom. You can select your roofing, cabinets, various countertop options, lighting, flooring, paint colors, siding choices, and much more. This enables you to completely customize, upgrade and decorate your new home at one location and eliminate the burden of going to several different locations to make your choices.
Each America’s Home Place home is built standard with granite counter tops in the kitchen; upgraded cabinetry; hard surface floors in select areas; and stainless steel appliances. For our two-story homes, iron balusters are also standard.
America's Home Place, Inc. is proud of the caliber of our Project Managers and trade partners. We have developed a system of site meetings and pre-construction meetings prior to beginning construction. This assures that you are getting what you expect in your new home. You will work directly with your Project Manager. They will be there through every stage of construction to check and assure that our rigid quality standards are being met. You are always welcome and encouraged to visit your home during the construction process. Approximately two weeks prior to occupancy, we make a thorough inspection to identify any items of concern that need to be addressed. Our service crew will then promptly address these items so that your new home will be complete when you move in.
