Sharing Personal Information
WE DO NOT SHARE OR SELL YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO OTHER COMPANIES EXCEPT AS NOTED BELOW!

  1. If you fill out our pre-qualification form to see how much you qualify for on a home loan, we will provide this information to a lending institution. The financial and personal data you provide to us on the prequalification form is kept strictly confidential and only a few authorized employees have access to this data for a limited time which then becomes unavailable.
  2. If you were asked if you needed help locating land and submitted our land request form, we will provide this data to real estate agent(s) who we work with so that they may contact you to assist you.
  3. If you are a potential new employee and have completed online testing and have been asked to complete a background check, we will provide this information to either a criminal investigative agency or financial institution or both. Background check data is kept strictly confidential and only viewable by human resources and necessary management.

Aggregate Information
America's Home Place may share aggregated activity or statistical information with partners, advertisers or others, but that information that does not contain personally identifiable information.

Security
All our servers are in a locked area and guarded by a strict corporate firewall with monitoring. We use the industry standard SSL encryption when submitting prequalification data. To determine if a page is secured by SSL technology, look for "https://" in the address bar or for the "lock" icon on your browser.

While we employ several different security techniques, we do not guarantee security of information or that unauthorized access will not occur.

Users' personal information off line is restricted by procedures and authorized access to employees who need the information for their areas of responsibility (for example, a billing clerk, a Sales Manager or management).

America's Home Place receives requests regarding free floor plan books, building or relocation information by consumers including personal and/or contact information that is inputted on a partner Web site. This information may or may not be encrypted by the partner.

Newsletters & Emails
America's Home Place does not require an email address when submitting requests for free floor plan books or when sending prequalification data. When you do so, we assume you would like to be contacted and thus you may receive email from our Sales Manager or our automated system containing questions, current offers or general information about America's Home Place and its services.

We may occasionally send out a newsletter containing special offers, discounts, promotions or price increases. Mass emails that are sent out will comply with the Can Spam Act of 2003. You have the ability to opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the "removal" link at the bottom of every email and following the instructions. This will not prevent an individual employee from personally contacting you via email.

A cookie is a piece of data tied to information about the user and stored on the user's computer.
