Refer a Friend

*Referral forms must be submitted prior to customer contacting America's Home Place via internet, telephone or in person. If prior contact record has been established, no referral fees will be owed or paid. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. One spouse cannot refer the other or immediate family members that will be living in the home. Not available to America's Home Place sales personnel or their immediate families. Promotion can be discontinued anytime without notice. In the case of duplicate referrals for a single individual, a referral fee will only be paid to the referring party referenced by the buyer at the time of contract. Participants will be required to provide social security numbers for tax purposes prior to receiving referral payment.
