Our Greenville Model Center is located in the heart of upstate South Carolina, just off I-85 exit 60, between Greenville and Spartanburg. At our Model Center and Showroom, visitors can view models of three of our different custom homes, the Mountainview, the Berglund Modern Farmhouse, the Stanton IV, and the Waterstone. Our model homes are designed to display the quality of our craftsmanship and demo some of our many customizable options. Each of our showrooms have Building Consultants on-site to answer your questions and explain our typical home-building process.
