We know choosing a builder you can trust is a big decision and it is our mission to address any questions and concerns you might have, before, during and after the home building process! America’s Home Place Complaints We understand that building a custom home can be a stressful process. That’s why it is important to work with a builder who listens. Each home we build is “handmade” and comes with a unique set of challenges. All new homes will have areas that need extra attention which is why all of our homes come with a 1 year workmanship warranty, 2 years on systems and a full 10 years on structural defects. How We Handle Complaints Our goal is to build you a beautiful house that you are proud to call home. Should you have any concerns during the process, please reach out to your local Building Center by calling, emailing, or visiting in person. Your local building center personnel will determine the best way to resolve your issue.
